Your Project Journey with Retto

We like to keep things simple and stress free. Here’s what happens once you’ve accepted your quotation and we start bringing your design to life.

1

Quotation approved

Once you’ve approved your quotation, that’s it, no deposit needed yet.We only ask for payment when your cabinetry is ready to move into preproduction.

2

Before preproduction

About 48 hours before your preproduction meeting you’ll receive your Sales Agreement, which outlines your order, timelines, and payment stages. We’ll ask for 50% of the cabinetry cost only. This confirms your order and allows our team to start preparing everything behind the scenes.

3

Preproduction meeting

Our design and production teams meet to review your kitchen in full detail.

4

Appliances, sink and tap payment

At this stage, you can decide if you’d like to go ahead and order your appliances, sink and tap now, or wait a little.Just a note, kitchens take around 6 to 8 weeks to manufacture, and some appliances can change in price and go out of stock during that time.If you’d prefer to delay ordering to spread the cost, that’s absolutely fine, we’ll guide you through the timing. When you’re ready to confirm these items, we’ll take payment for them. The dates for this are shown in your sales agreement, and we’ll always remind you in advance.

5

 One week before delivery

One week before your kitchen is due for delivery, we’ll ask for: • The remaining balance for your kitchen • A 50% deposit for worktops and fitting (if applicable)This lets us finalise delivery dates and secure your installation slot.

6

Installation and worktops

Your kitchen arrives, and our fitting team gets started.Worktops are templated, then fitted soon after. We’ll keep you updated at every step so you know exactly what’s happening.

7

Final payment and completion

Once everything is fitted and any small adjustments are made, we’ll take the final payment for fitting and worktops. Then we’ll walk you through your finished kitchen, share care advice, and hand over your warranty details.

8

Aftercare

Our team is still here for you after completion.
If you have any questions or want help with care, warranty or appliance support, you can contact us directly — we’re always happy to help.
